Here lie all the cat registration organizations! You may host one by filling out the form below! (If any registry is inactive and you want to take it over, try contacting the current owner to see if they'll give it up. If they are or you don't get a response after a reasonable length ot time, you can apply to hold it and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.) If there isn't a registry spoken for or being held then you can apply for it!
Make a new thread and title it 'Registry App' please!
Also be aware that you must provide everything needed for holding a registry for a cat breed. Once you have a site or page for your reistry you must PM the link to it/them! You should know what you are doing and be prepared. Your registry should..
Include general Info about the breed, accept pure breed cats only, explain how it works, etc
It should also provide Breed Standards
And it is a bonus to have or link to Templates
There should be a list of all registered cats that includes show name, sex, reg #, owner, breeder etc. This mus be kept up to date. Owners should be asked to notify you if a registered cat changes ownership so that you can update the list.
It is useful to also have Breeder List that is kept up to date to indicate active and inactive members.
Experience in running breed clubs is not necessary but may help you with your application and running of the club.
